39/365: A sweet heart!

I know I am waaaay behind on my blogs!  I have had a crazy week and have made up for it by abstaining from blogstalking and going to bed early-ish!  So I was just getting back to it tonight, when I realized my last blog was the gross one, I am soo sorry!  So here is a cute timely one:

This heart shaped pinch pot was made by one of my students in art class!  Our art teacher rocks!  She had the class making paper maiche snowmen last month and then not just pinch pots, but heart shaped pots that she wrapped in red tissue paper with handmade valentine tags for gifting.  Aiden gave me his and insisted I keep it and open it right then, so who am I to deny a cute redhead?!  I was so touched!  Of course I had to blog about it and take a picture!!  Sweet boy, made my day!

She also had them write valentine thank yous for our school's "un-sung-heroes"  like the overworked computer lady, the lunch aides, the secretaries, etc!  Great Idea!! Happy Valentines day eve!
