55/365--At year's end for another....

I was reminded today of the poet who helped start me off into this bloggy world, Amy!  Today she hit her own #365/365!  What an accomplishment!  She consistently posted daily poems and even made sure that posts went out while she was on vacation! I was a late comer to her blog and assumed it was over at the start of 2011, but was relieved to see that she wasn't done yet.  A teacher friend of mine, bopped  into my room today to talk poetry plans for April and mentioned Amy's milestone, so I immediately checked it out, it had obviously been awhile since I checked in.  Her last two poems really speak to me.  I am ever thankful that she helped me get in touch with whatever poetry or thoughts or ideas were buried inside of me.  I have a feeling that the Poem Farm will keep growing, if not in an every day post kind of way, but in its own way, thank you, Amy for 365!  Here is a link, please enjoy The Poem Farm and venture back into the archived posts!
