I just had a physical and my first appt. with a new GP.  I was pretty nervous at first, not knowing what she'd have to tell me... But it really went ok.  I did have to get my tetanus updated and do a weird breathing test, but the shot was easy and the breathing test went fine.  Yesterday I took Sofia to the dentist and she had her cleaning and check up, again all good!! My thankful for right now is the blessings of good health for both Sofia and I and also am so thankful for healthcare.  The dentist appt. cost me nothing at the office and today was an easy co-pay and lots of signing things... I'm so lucky to have a job with a healthcare plan that allows me to see a DDS, a GP, an OB/GYN, a cardiac doc, eye dr, foot dr, urgent care, dermo, (the works!), quite easily... Still looking for the motivation to keep up my end of the deal with a better diet and exercise, but today I'm thankful to have the opportunity to do so!  How lucky am I?
